B1801 - Battery Voltage too high
INSTRUMENT CLUSTER (IC)
The IC continuously monitors battery voltage available for system operation. When the voltage is higher
than the expected normal value the IC functions are prohibited.

Normal Operation
Instrument Cluster receives 9 to 16 Volt supply during Ignition
ON.
DTC detection condition
Ignition ON
The supply voltage to Instrument cluster is more than
16 V
