Removal of the engine from the vehicle –
Disconnect the battery cables & remove the battery.
Remove the bonnet.
Remove the radiator drain cock. Collect the coolant -if
the coolant is clean it so that it can be reused.
Remove the electrical connections of:
 Oil pressure sensor
 Water temperature sensor.
 Starter motor
 All sensors ( HFM,ISS,Phase)
 Connection to Injectors, Modulator.
 Boost pressure sensor
Remove the air cleaner assembly.
Remove the hose connection from the Turbocharger
end TC to intercooler.
