Type/Description: [A] Front - Double Wish-Bone Type IFS.
[B] Rear Multi Link (5 Link) Rear Suspension.

FRONT & REAR SUSPENSION BOLT TORQUE CHECK
Refer suspension bolt torque chart.
1. Check front suspension bolt torque at -
Camber bolt production level marking cross verification.
If marking found distrub then follow step [a] otherwise follow step [b],
(a) Re-adjust the position and apply the 200 N-m torque.
(b) Apply 200 N-m torque to camber bolt with-out disturbing camber bolt position
If front suspension camber bolts found loose then the wheel alignment has to be done. Please
refer the Front Suspension section of the Repair Manual for details.
2. Apply 120 N-m torque to shock absorber to lower arm joint.
3. Apply 150 ± 10 N-m torque to rear suspension bolts at
Upper link, Lower link, Panhard Rod on chassis and axle mounting bolts.
Always use 4-post lift or park vehicle on pit while checking suspension torque.
Use calibrated torque wrenches & Do not over torque than recommended values.
Inspect first at 5000kms, 10000kms, 20000kms and then every 20000kms.
