Assemble Rotor by reversing the disassembly procedure.
Note: Be careful not to pinch your fingers between Rotor and Stator complete. (Refer to Fig. 12.)

Disassemble Safety cover as drawn in Fig. 8.
DISASSEMBLING
[3] -4. Safety cover
(1) Set Safety cover to the drum portion of Bearing box.
(2) Tension spring 4 has to be connected to Safety cover and Blade case, and assemble Retaining ring S-34. (Fig. 14)
Area of Bow
formed portion
1. Hook one end of Tension spring 4 through
the hole of Safety cover from Motor housing
side to Blade side.
2. Hook the other end of Tension spring 4
through the hole of Blade case from
Blade side to Motor housing side.
Retaining ring S-34
3. Using 1R003, Set Retaining ring S-34 in place with 1R003.
Note: Bring the opening within the area of bow formed portion.
