DISASSEMBLING
(2) Adjust the locked position of Lever 45 so that it always leans toward base plate from 0 - 30°
when the machine is adjusted to the required cutting depth. (Fig. 11)

Be sure to mount E-8 Bow stop ring as shown below
for securely engaging Lever 45 with M6x20 Hex bolt.

1. Remove Stop ring E-8 with a slotted
screwdriver, then separate M6 Hex nut,
Lever 45 and Flat washer 6 from
M6x90 Cap square neck bolt.
2. Remove seven 4x18 Tapping
screws and one M5x40 Pan
head screw to separate
Handle R complete.
3. Remove three M5x40 Pan
head screw. to separate
Motor housing.

(1) Remove Motor housing from Blade case section, and disassemble Rotor as drawn in Fig. 12.
Note: Rotor can be disassembled without removing Safety cover, Pipe 6 and M6x90 Cap square neck bolt.

4. Remove Baffle plate from Motor housing. 5. Grip Ball bearing 609LLB by hand and pull it out
together with Rotor from Motor housing.
