• Install dust nozzles and dust attachment.
• Install the nozzle band on the tool so that its pro-
trusionstintheholesinthetooltosecureit.
• Put the felt ring and the sanding pad on the dust
attachment and then secure them with the applica-
tion tool installation bolt.
Whenyouwishtoperformcleaneroperation,connect
avacuumcleanertoyourtool.Connectahoseofvac-
uumcleanertothedustextractionattachment(optional
accessory).

• Alwaysbesurethatthetoolisswitchedoffand
thebatterycartridgeisremovedbeforeattempt-
ing to perform inspection or maintenance.
• Never use gasoline, benzine, thinner, alcohol
or the like. Discoloration, deformation or cracks
mayresult.
To maintain product SAFETY and RELIABILITY,
repairs,carbonbrushinspectionandreplacement,any
othermaintenanceoradjustmentshouldbeperformed
byMakitaAuthorizedServiceCenters,alwaysusing
Makita replacement parts.
