For ease of carrying and hanging up for storage,
fold the Bathing Cushion as indicated (g. 10) and
pass the ‘handle’ (C) through the slot between the
seat and backrest.
Maintenance
Clean the Bathing Cushion after each use.
Regularly check that the suction cups are
secure and undamaged.
Check that the air hose is not damaged.
We recommend that your Bathing Cushion is
inspected annually by either your supplier or other
suitably qualied person. If required, Mangar
International can provide full maintenance within
an annual service contract. Please contact our
Customer Care department for further details (See
page 7 for further information).
Repairs or servicing must only be carried out by
your supplier or other authorised person.
Cleaning
routine cleaning
Drain the bath water and fully inate the Bathing
Cushion for cleaning whilst it is still in the bath.
Partially deate the Bathing Cushion in order to
clean between the seat and base sections.
All components can be cleaned with a
proprietary liquid cleaner or disinfectant.
NOTE: Before using proprietary cleaners,
always test on an inconspicuous area. Rinse
with clean water, and wipe dry or leave to air
dry. Do not dry using hot air.
disinfection
The Bathing Cushion should be fully inated
and pre-cleaned by washing with detergent
and water and then disinfected using either
buffered hypochlorite (such as ‘Milton’ solution)
or a hard surface, alcohol impregnated wipe.
Partially deate the Bathing Cushion in order to
disinfect between the seat and base sections.
Storage
Ensure that the Bathing Cushion is clean and
thoroughly dry before storing. Store in a dry
environment.
