How do I clean my Thermal Sonic Cleanser?
It is recommended to wash every week with warm soapy water.
Leave it to dry naturally in a well ventilated area to keep the
device dry. The Induction charger just need a wipe down.
Can I use the Thermal Sonic Cleanser if I have acne?
The Thermal Sonic Cleanser can be used, however we strongly
recommend avoiding passing over areas with active breakouts.

The Thermal Sonic Cleanser is good for all skin types as it works to
assist in cleaning impurities from deep within the pores.
Is Thermal Sonic Cleanser an exfoliator?
The Thermal Sonic Cleanser is not an exfoliator, however it does
assist in removing dead skin cells from the surface of the skin.
Does the Thermal Sonic Cleanser help with large pores?
The Thermal Sonic Cleanser aims to provide your skin with a
deeper clean than conventional cleansing. In turn, this may result
in less visible and more refined pores.
How often do I charge my Thermal Sonic Cleanser?
A full charge on the Thermal Sonic Cleanser can last up to 3 hours
of usage (180minutes = 3month of usage). When the main unit
needs to be charged, the indicator will flash as a reminder. When
charging for the first time, or after an extended period of non-use,
charge for 3 hours prior to use. It is recommended to keep the
recharge port dry at all times.
How do I know when my Thermal Sonic Cleanser is finished
charging?
During the charging process, the indicator light will flash
intermittently in different colours. The indicator Green light will
remain on, once the Thermal Sonic Cleanser is fully charged.
