It is recommended that the jib telescope chocking is adjusted if the clearances are higher than the maximum values,
e
REPAIR MANUAL.
- Check all the wheel nut tightening torques

:
69N.m ± 6.5N.m
- Raise the jib slightly.
- Extend the telescope for 1 second.
- Check the clearances between the pads and the telescope:
A
(upper pads

) must be between 0.5mm and 1mm.
B
(side pads

) must be between 0.25mm and 0.5mm on either side.
- Fully extend the telescope.
- Check the clearances
A
and
B
again.
- Fully retract the telescope.
- Lower the jib completely.
- Take off the cover

- Raise the main arm slightly.
- Place several wooden pallets under the basket.
- Slowly lower the main arm until the pads

are in contact with the main arm.
- Check the clearances between the pads and the main arm:
C
(upper pads

) must be between 0.5mm and 1mm.
D
(side pads

) must be between 0.25mm and 0.5mm on either side.
- Raise the main arm slightly.
- Remove the wooden pallets.
- Fully lower the main arm.
- Turn the platform off.
- Put the cover

back in place.
