REPLACE Dry air filter cartridge
In very dusty atmospheres, the cartridge replacement frequency must be reduced to
250 hours.
However, there are pre-filtration elements (
 FILTER CARTRIDGES AND BELTS); if
necessary., contact your dealer.

IMPORTANT

Change the cartridge in a clean location, with the engine stopped.
Never operate the lift truck with the air filter removed or damaged.
- Open the engine cover ( DESCRIPTION: INSTRUMENTS AND CONTROLS).
- Release the locks 1 and remove the cover 2.
- Gently remove the cartridge 3 taking care to avoid spilling the dust.
- Leave the safety cartridge in place.
- Carefully clean the following parts with a clean, damp, lint-free cloth:
• The inside of the filter and its cover and the inlet hose.
• The gasket surfaces of the filter and the cover.
- Check the condition and attachment of the hoses between the air filter and the
engine
- Check the condition and connection of the clogging indicator on the filter.
- Check the condition of the new filter cartridge (
 FILTER CARTRIDGES AND BELTS).
- Introduce the cartridge into the filter axis, pressing on the edges and not the middle.
- Refit the cover, with the valve 4 directed downwards.

REPLACE Gear box oil filter
CLEAN Metal gear box oil filter
Place the lift truck on level ground with the engine stopped and the gear box oil still warm.
- Open the engine cover (
 DESCRIPTION: INSTRUMENTS AND CONTROLS).

IMPORTANT

Dispose of the drain oil in an ecological manner.

DRAINING THE OIL
- Remove gauge 1 to ensure proper emptying.
- Place a container under the plate 2.
- Unscrew the screws 3 and remove the metal oil filter 4, together with its seal.
CLEANING THE METAL OIL FILTER
- Clean the metal oil filter 4 with a compressed air jet.
- Refit the unit.
REPLACING THE OIL FILTER
- Undo the filter fastening clamp 5.
- Disconnect the hoses 6.
- Replace the hydraulic return oil filter 7 with a new filter (
 FILTER CARTRIDGES).
- Refit the unit.
