INSERTING THE BOOM SAFETY BLOCK
The forklift truck is equipped with a
safety wedge: INSTRUMENTS AND CON
TROLS) which must be installed on the
lift cylinder rod in case of operation on
the boom.
FITTING THE WEDGE
- Raise the boom to the maximum
possible extent.
- Place the safety wedge 1 on the lift
cylinder block and block by means of
shaft 2 and split pin 3.
- Lower the boom gently then suspend
the hydraulic movements before it
knocks against the wedge.
REMOVING THE WEDGE
- Raise the boom to the maximum
possible extent.
- Remove the split pin and shaft.
- Refit the safety wedge in its compartment
provided on the forklift truck.
Use only the safety wedge supplied with
the forklift truck.

INSERIMENTO DEL CUNEO DI SICUREZZA
DEL BRACCIO
Il carrello elevatore è dotato di un cuneo di
sicurezza: STRUMENTI DI CONTROLLO E DI
COMANDO) che deve essere installato sullo
stelo del martinetto di sollevamento in caso
di interventi sul braccio.
MONTAGGIO DEL CUNEO
- Sollevare il braccio al massimo.
- Collocare il cuneo di sicurezza 1 sullo stelo
del martinetto di sollevamento e bloccare
con l’asse 2 e la copiglia 3.
- Abbassare il braccio lentamente quindi
interrompere i movimenti idraulici prima
di urtare contro il cuneo.
SMONTAGGIO DEL CUNEO
- Sollevare il braccio al massimo.
- Estrarre la copiglia e l’asse.
- Rimettere il cuneo di sicurezza nell’apposi-
to vano sul carrello elevatore.
Utilizzare esclusivamente il cuneo di sicu-
rezza fornito con il carrello elevatore.
AANBRENGEN VAN DE VEILIGHEIDSWIG VAN
DE ARM
De heftruck is voorzien van een veiligheids-
wig: CONTROLE- EN BEDIENINGSORGANEN)
die op de stang van de hefcilinder gemon-
teerd moet worden als er iets aan de arm
gedaan moet worden.
MONTAGE VAN DE WIG
- De telescopische arm zover mogelijk
opheffen.
- De veiligheidswig 1 op de stang van de
hefcilinder plaatsen en blokkeren met de
pen 2 en de splitpen 3.
- De telescopische arm langzaam laten zak-
ken en dan de hydraulische bewegingen
onderbreken voor tegen de wig te stoten.
DEMONTAGE VAN DE WIG
- De telescopische arm zover mogelijk
opheffen.
- De splitpen en de pen verwijderen.
- Plaats de veiligheidswig weer in de daar-
voor bestemde ruimte op de heftruck.
Gebruik alleen de veiligheidswig die
wordt meegeleverd met de heftruck.
