C5 - Swing reduction unit oil control
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge on
the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 - OPERATING
AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: LIFT TRUCK
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS).
Check the rotation gear oil Position the
truck with the turret aligned, on a flat sur-
face, retract and raise the telescopic boom
completely, for better access to the rotation
gear filler points (C5); stop the I.C. engine
and wait for the hydraulic oil to cool down.
Check the gear oil level 1 (C5). If necessary,
top up with hydraulic oil (see “LUBRICANTL”
chart) through the filler plug 2 (C5). The oil
level is correct when it flows out through
the filler hole.
Refit the topping up plug.
C5 - Controllare olio riduttore rotazione
Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo di sicu-
rezza sullo stelo del martinetto di sollevamento
(vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME DI SICUREZZA:
ISTRUZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE DEL CARRELLO
ELEVATORE).
Posizionare il carrello, con torretta alline-
ata, su di una superficie piana, rientrare e
sollevare completamente il braccio tele-
scopico, per accedere meglio ai punti di
riempimento del riduttore rotazione (C5);
fermare il motore termico e attendere che
si raffreddi l’olio idraulico.
Controllare il livello olio riduttore 1 (C5).
Se necessita rabboccare con olio idraulico
((vedere “LUBRIFICANTI”) dal tappo di cari-
co 2 (C5).
Il livello dell’olio è corretto quando affiora
dal foro di carico.
Infine riavvitare il tappo di rabbocco.

C5 - Controlar aceite reductor rotación
Elevar el brazo y colocar el calce de seguri-
dad en la barra del gato elevador (ver: 1 –
INSTRUCCIONES Y CONSIGNAS DE SEGURIDAD
DE LA CARRETILLA ELEVADORA).
Posicionar la carretilla, con la torreta alineada,
sobre una superficie plana, retraer y elevar
completamente el brazo telescópico, para
acceder mejor a los puntos de llenado del
reductor rotación (fig.C5); parar el motor
térmico y esperar que se enfríe el aceite
hidráulico.
Controlar el nivel aceite reductor 1 (C5).
Es necesario reabastecer con aceite hidráulico
(ver “TABLA REAPROVISIONAMIENTOS”) a
través del tapón de carga 2 (C5).
El nivel del aceite es correcto cuando roza el
orificio de carga.
Por último volver a enroscar el tapón de rea-
bastecimiento.
