E10 - Swing reduction unit maintenance
- Swing reduction unit oil change
- To lubricate the bearings
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge
on the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 -
OPERATING AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
LIFT TRUCK MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS).
Swing reduction unit oil change
Position the lift truck, with turret aligned, on
a level surface, retract and raise telescopic
boom completely, and then turn the turret
to the right by +/- 60°, for better access to
the rotation reduction gear filling points
(Fig.E10).
Stop the I.C. engine and wait for the hydrau-
lic oil to cool down.
To change the oil in the top part, place a
suitable vessel under the main drain plug
1 (fig.E10), loosen this latter and allow the
old oil to drain out. Fit the drain plug 1 (fig.
E10) back on and tighten it. Pour in new oil
through hole 2 (fig.E10) (see “Lubricants”).
The level is correct when the oil spills from
hole 3 (fig.E10).
To lubricate the bearings of the reducer
with specific graese (see “Lubricants”)
through greaser 4 (fig.E10).

E10- Manutenzione riduttore di rotazione
- Sostituire l’olio del riduttore rotazione
- Lubrificare i cuscinetti del riduttore
Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo
di sicurezza sullo stelo del martinetto di
sollevamento (vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI
E NORME DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI
DI MANUTENZIONE DEL CARRELLO
ELEVATORE).
Sostituire l’olio del riduttore rotazione
Posizionare il carrello, con torretta allineata,
su di una superficie piana, rientrare e solle-
vare completamente il braccio telescopico e
poi ruotare la torretta a destra di +/- 60°, per
accedere meglio ai punti di riempimento
del riduttore rotazione (fig.E9); fermare il
motore termico e attendere che si raffreddi
l’olio idraulico.
Per la sostituzione dell’olio porre un reci-
piente sotto il tappo di scarico principale 1
(fig.E10), allentarlo e lasciare defluire
l’olio. Rimettere e stringere il tappo di scari-
co 1 (fig.E10). Eseguire il riempimento
attraverso il foro 2 (fig.E10) (vedi
“Lubrificanti”).
Controllare il livello tramite l’indicatore otti-
co 3 (fig.E10).
Lubrificare i cuscinetti del riduttore con
grasso specifico (vedi “Lubrificanti”) tramite
l’ingrassatore 4 (fig.E10).

E10 - Mantenimiento del reductor rotación
- Sustituir el aceite reductor rotación
- Lubricar los tampones del reducteur
Elevar el brazo y colocar el calce de
seguridad en la barra del gato elevador
(ver: 1 – INSTRUCCIONES Y CONSIGNAS
DE SEGURIDAD DE LA CARRETILLA
ELEVADORA).
Cambio de aceite del reductor de la rotac-
ion.
Posicionar la carretilla, con la torre
alineada, sobre una superficie plana,
retraer y elevar completamente el brazo
telescópico y después girar la torre a la
derecha +/- 60°, para acceder mejor a los
puntos de llenado del reductor rotación
(fig.E10); parar el motor térmico y esperar
que se enfríe el aceite hidráulico.
Para la sustitución de engrasa colocar un
recipiente bajo boca de descarga principal
1 (fig. E10), aflojarlo y dejar “def”l lo engra-
so. Volver a poner y apretar tapa de des-
carga 1 (fig. E10). Realizar el relleno a través
del agujero 2 (fig. E10) (ve “Lubricantes”).
Controlar el nivel por el indicador óptico 3
(fig. E10).
Lubricar los tampones del reducteur con
gordo específico (ve “Lubricantes”) por del
engrasador 4 (fig. E10).
