H2 - Trainare il carrello elevatore
Il traino può esser effettuato a velocità molto
ridotta e per brevi distanze.
Come operare:
- Muovere il devioguida marcia
avanti - indietro in folle (N).
- Disinserire il freno di stazionamento.
- Accendere le luci di emergenza.
Sblocco meccanico del freno negativo su
assale anteriore e posteriore:
- allentare i controdadi “1” delle viti “2”
dello sblocco meccanico manuale; fare
arretrare i dadi di ± 8 mm.
Avvitare le viti “1” fino a mandarle a
battuta sullo spingidisco “3”.
- Con una chiave, avvitare in modo
alternato le due viti “2” di 1/4 di giro
alla volta per comprimere la molla a
tazza e liberare i dischi di frenatura.
Nota:La corsa necessaria per lo
sbloccaggio corrisponde a 1 giro.
È importante che le viti contrapposte siano avvi-
tate con lo stesso numero di giri.

H2 - Trailing the forklift truck
The forklift truck can be trailed at low spe-
eds and for short distances.
Proceed as follows:
- Move the forward-reverse movement
stalk switch in neutral (N).
- Deactivate the parking brake.
-Turn on the emergency lights.
Mechanical release of negative brake on
front and rear axle:
- slacken lock nuts “1” of manual
mechanical release screws “2”; draw the
nuts backwards by ± 8 mm.
- Tighten screw “1” so that it fits flush
against disk-pusher “3”.
- Using a spanner, alternately tighten the
two screws “2” through 1/4 of a turn at a
time to compress the Belleville washer
and release the braking disks.
Note: The travel necessary for release
corresponds to one turn.
The opposite screws must be tightened by
turning them through an equal number of
turns.
Remolcar la carretilla elevadora
Efectuar el remolque a velocidad muy baja y
sólo para breves recorridos.!
Como operar:
- Mover la conmutación de la dirección
marcha adelante-atrás en punto
muerto (N).
- Desactivar el freno de estacionamiento.
- Encender las luces de emergencia.
Desbloqueo mecánico del freno negati-
vo en el eje delantero y trasero:
- aflojar las contratuercas “1” de los
tornillos “2” del desbloqueo mecánico
manual; hacer retroceder las tuercas
± 8 mm.
- Enroscar los tornillos “1” hasta
hacerlos tocar contra el disco de
empuje “3”.
- Con una llave, enroscar en modo alterno
los dos tornillos “2” de1/4 de giro por
vez, para comprimir el resorte y liberar los
discos de frenado.
Nota: La carrera necesaria para lograr
desbloquear es de 1 giro.
es importante enroscar los tornillos
contrapuestos con el mismo número de giros.
