B5 – HYDRAULIC OIL LEVEL
CHECK
Place the lift truck on level ground with the I.C. engine stopped, and the jib retracted
and lowered as far as possible.
IMPORTANT
Use a clean funnel and clean the underside of the oil drum before filling.
- Check the level on the low level gauge 1. The level is correct when it is situated
above the level of the red point.
- If necessary, add oil (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS AND FUEL).
- Open the hydraulic oil filler access panel with the ignition key.
- Remove the filler cap lock 2.
- Remove cap 3.
- Add oil through filler port4 up to the black dot on the high level gauge5.
- Refit the cap and its lock.
- Visually check that there is no leakage in the tank and pipes.
B6 – BRAKE OIL LEVEL
CHECK
Place the lift truck on level ground.
IMPORTANT
If the braking oil level is abnormally low, consult your dealer.
- Open the protective casing 1 with the ignition key.
- Check tank 2. The level is correct when it is situated at the MAX level on the tank.
- If necessary, add oil (see: 3 - MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS AND FUEL).
- Remove cap 3.
- Add oil through filler port 4.
- Refit the cap.
- Visually check that there is no leakage in the tank and pipes.
