A6 – LONGITUDINAL STABILITY LIMITER AND WARNING DEVICE

- These tests are essential for checking the correct operation and adjustment of the different components of the device.
- Place the lift truck on flat, level ground with the wheels straight.
- Hold down the test button

STEP 1

- First green LED flashing.
- Test button lit.
- Screen display.

Retract Telescope, Put
Boom to Maximum Angle
Then Press OK
- An audible beep.
- Place the forklift truck with no
attachments, with the left and right-
hand stabilisers on the ground, the
front wheels off the ground and the
boom fully retracted and raised.
Briefly press

- Go to stage 2.

- Second green LED flashing.
- Test button lit.
- Screen display.

Lower the Boom
at Full Speed

- Lower the boom with the engine
running at full speed and the hydraulic
control at the maximum setting.
Slowing of lowering until movement
is cut off.

- Go to stage 3.

- Test button lit.

Lower the Boom
at Full Speed

- Continue to lower the boom with the
engine running at full speed and the
hydraulic control at the maximum
setting. Slow lowering until the next
movement cut-off.

- Press the button to exit test
mode.

- The fault warning light
continues
flashing until the error is repaired.

• 1st number: Telescope retracted sensor fault.
• 2nd number: Right or left stabiliser sensor fault.
• 3rd number: Boom angle sensor fault.
• 4th number: Strain gauge fault.
• 5th number: Safety valve fault.
• 6th number: Control fault.
- Consult your dealer and provide the combination.
- Press the button
to exit test mode.
