5 - CONTROL AND SIGNAL LIGHTS PANEL
SIGNAL LIGHTS
When the lift truck's ignition is turned on, all the red indicator lamps on the
dashboard light up and the buzzer sounds to indicate they are working. If
either is not working, carry out the necessary repairs.
HOUR METER
REV COUNTER
FUEL LEVEL
The graduation indicates the level of fuel in the tank.
FORWARD/REVERSE INDICATOR LAMP
- FORWARD/REVERSE SELECTOR.
DIRECTION INDICATOR
PARKING BRAKE LAMP
The lamp is lit when the parking brake is on.
MAIN BEAM HEADLIGHTS INDICATOR LAMP
(OPTION)
FUEL LEVEL GAUGE INDICATOR LAMP
The lamp comes on when you are in the reserve and indicates that usage time is limited.
HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER CLOGGING INDICATOR LAMP
The light and buzzer come on when the oil filter cartridge is clogged or damaged. If this lamp stays lit, the cartridge needs
changing. Stop the lift truck and carry out the necessary repairs (3- MAINTENANCE: SERVICING SCHEDULE).
NB: The lamp may come on in cold weather when starting the lift truck. It should go off when the hydraulic oil has reached
its working temperature.
BATTERY LOAD LAMP
If the indicator lamp and the buzzer come on when the lift truck is in operation, immediately stop the engine and check the
electrical circuit as well as the alternator belt.
AIR FILTER CLOGGING INDICATOR LAMP
The light and buzzer come on when the air filter cartridge is clogged. If this lamp stays lit, the cartridge needs changing. Stop
the lift truck and carry out the necessary repairs (3- MAINTENANCE: SERVICING SCHEDULE).
ENGINE PREHEATING LAMP
This lamp comes on and should go out as soon as preheating is finished. If it comes on while the lift truck is in operation,
immediately stop the engine and determine the cause.
COOLANT TEMPERATURE INDICATOR LAMP
This lamp and buzzer will come on when the temperature of the engine coolant is too high. Stop the lift truck and carry out
the necessary repairs (
3- MAINTENANCE: SERVICING SCHEDULE).
