IMPORTANT
Do not attempt to alter the hydraulic system pressure. In the event of a malfunction, contact your dealer.
ANY MODIFICATIONS INVALIDATE THE WARRANTY AND YOU MAY BE HELD LIABLE IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT.
Operate the hydraulic controls gently and smoothly to avoid accidents caused by jerking of the lift truck.
Using the hydraulic controls is only possible if the driver is present and correctly sat on his seat. Otherwise, the hydraulic

11 - FORWARD/REVERSE SELECTOR
When changing the direction of travel, the lift truck should be travelling at slow speed
and not accelerating.
• FORWARD GEAR: Move the switch forwards (position A).
• REVERSE: Pull the knob backwards (position B).
• NEUTRAL: The switch must be in neutral (position C) to start the lift truck.
NB: As an OPTION, reversing lights and an audible warning indicate that the lift
truck is reversing.
SAFETY FOR MOVING THE LIFT TRUCK
Authorisation for movement of the lift truck is controlled by an electronic module.
The operator must observe the following sequence of operations to move the truck
forwards or backwards:
1 - sit properly in the driver's seat and fasten the seat belt,
2 - release the parking brake (OFF),
3 - engage forward or reverse gear.
To stop the forklift truck, the following sequence must be observed:
1 - put the forward/reverse selector in neutral,
2 - apply the parking brake (ON),
3 - Get out of the lift truck.
If these sequences are not observed (for example, leaving the drivers seat without applying the parking brake), an acoustic
alarm sounds. You must then return the forward/reverse selector to the neutral position and repeat the sequence.
