LUBRICATE General greasing
To be carried out weekly, if the lift truck has been operated for less than 50 hours during the week.

IMPORTANT

In the event of prolonged use in an extremely dusty or oxidising atmosphere, reduce this interval to 10 hours of service or every day.
In case of technical faults, contact your dealer.
To avoid any risk of pinching or crushing during lubrication operations, turn off the lift truck's ignition.
Clean and lubricate the following points using grease (LUBRICANTS AND FUEL) and remove any excess:

Side shift cylinder foot pin lubricator (1 lubricator).

Extender cylinder head lubricator (1 lubricator).

Extender/mast pin lubricators (2 lubricators).

Extender cylinder foot lubricator (1 lubricator).

Extender internal hinge lubricators (2 lubricators).
-
7
Tilting cylinder head pin lubricators (2 lubricators).

8
Tilting cylinder foot pin lubricators (2 lubricators).
-
9
Mast foot hinge pins (2 lubricators).
-
10
Extender external hinge pin lubricators (2 lubricators).
-
11
Extender guide roller lubricators (2 lubricators).
-
12
Extender/carriage pin lubricator (1 lubricator).
