Manitou TMM 20 K ST5 S1 - Lubrication of the Options

LUBRICATE Lubrication of the options
To be carried out weekly, if the lift truck has been operated for less than 50 hours during the week.

IMPORTANT

In the event of prolonged use in an extremely dusty or oxidising atmosphere, reduce this interval to 10 hours of service or every day.
In case of technical faults, contact your dealer.
To avoid any risk of pinching or crushing during lubrication operations,
lock the manual options and turn off the lift truck's ignition.
MANDATORY LUBRICATION OF OPTIONS AFTER:
Cleaning the lift truck, especially using a high-pressure cleaner.
Clean and lubricate the following points using grease (LUBRICANTS AND FUEL) and remove any excess:

Right and left arm hinge pin lubricators (4 lubricators).
HYDRAULIC FOLDING LOAD CARRIER (OPTION)

Right and left arm hinge pin lubricators (4 lubricators).

Right and left arm cylinder foot pin lubricators (2 lubricators).

Right and left arm cylinder head pin lubricators (2 lubricators).
TELESCOPIC FORKS (OPTION)
- Fully extend the sleeves

- Apply the lubricant (LUBRICANTS AND FUEL) to all the surfaces in contact with
the forks
