CAUTION
Upon reaching working position the rotational brake must be
activated before work is initiated. Release brake before lowering
boom.

DANGER
Overloading the equipment will result in Death or Serious Injury.
• Before installing platform, verify the reach diagram matches the
equipment model and boom length.
• Do not exceed the allowable platform capacity stated on the reach
diagram.
• Refer to manual for additional information.

DANGER
An untrained operator subjects himself and others to Death or
Serious Injury.
You must not operate this equipment unless:
• You are trained and familar with the safe operation of this
equipment.
• You read and understand and follow the safety and operating
recommendations contained in the equipment manufacture’s
manuals, your employer’s work rules and applicable government
regulations.
• You are sure that all safety signs, guards and other safety
features are in place and in proper condition.
