Manta MES806 - Opening and Unfolding the Escooter; T-bar Latch and Handlebar Assembly; Securing the Handlebar Assembly

Step 2 Open Folding T-bar Latch by lifting upwards, and unfold one
handlebar at a time. Once unfolded, push handlebars in, and bring Folding
T-bar Latch back to its original position by pushing down. Make sure
handlebars and Folding T-bar Latch are secure before continuing .
