Function Description:
The electric fryer is primarily used for deep-frying food. It features a heating element to maintain oil temperature, a temperature sensor for precise control, and a high-limit reset switch for safety. The operation panel allows users to set and monitor cooking parameters, including temperature and time, and offers various cooking modes such as menu mode and manual mode. The fryer is equipped with an oil tank, an oil drain port with a cock handle for easy oil draining, and a cover storage space.

Maintenance Features:
- Oil Draining: Oil should be drained after it has cooled down to below 50°C. The process involves placing an oil strainer net over an oil can under the oil drain port and slowly turning the oil draining handle to "Open." If the oil can fills, the handle should be turned to "Stop" to prevent overflow.
- Cleaning: The oil tank should be cleaned regularly. If dirt accumulates at the bottom, it should be cleaned carefully with a neutral detergent. Neglecting cleaning can lead to damage to the tank or electrical components.
