Cargo Lights
To illuminate the cargo area there are
two lights on liftgate and two more
inside the trunk compartment. These
lights turn on when liftgate is opened
and turn off when it is closed.
If liftgate is left open for a long time,
lights will turn off after 30 minutes to
save battery charge.
Internal Equipment
WARNING!
Cellular phones, music players, and
other handheld electronic devices
should be stowed while driving. Use of
these devices while driving could cause
an accident due to distraction.
Electric Power Outlets
The vehicle is equipped with two 12
Volt (13 Amp) electric power outlets,
one inside the rear central tunnel
compartment and one fitted in the trunk
compartment.
An additional 115 V electric power
outlet ( ) can be equipped in the trunk
compartment left side.
In vehicles equipped with “Smoking
Kit” the electric power outlet inside the
cupholder is replaced with a specific
socket.
All power outlets are supplied only when
the engine is started or the ignition
device is set to ON.
Power outlets are protected by a fuse.
Insert a cigar lighter or accessory
plug into the power outlets to ensure
proper operation. Otherwise, check the
matching fuse integrity, see “If a Fuse
Blows” in section “In an Emergency” for
further information.
