Drain hole in breather clogged,

oil

Using
tachometer,
adjust engine
rpm to meet
specs.
Check
level
-
turn
dipstick
cap tightly
into re-
ceptacle for accurate reading.
Replace
ring
gasket
under cap and tighten cap
se-
curely.
Replace breather assembly.
Clean
hole to allow
oil
to return to crankcase.
