Attach
governor
lever to
linkage from carburetor
throttle.
3. Pull
linkage
closing
throttle lever, slide
governor
lever
on
governor
shaft.
Hold
throttle closed.
4. With
pliers twist
governor
shaft RIGHT
(clock-
wise)
until
tight.
Release
pliers.
DO
NOT FORCE.
5. Turn
screw in
governor
lever until
lever is snug
on
governor
shaft.

6. Place
ffngers
on
governor
lever and move
lever
to LEFT
(counterclockwise)
until carburetor
throttle
lever is
in
wide OPEN
position.
TIGHTEN
SCREW
in
governor
lever.
