5.2 MOTOR CARE AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION∆…Only an authorized MASSIMO dealer or qualified technician should be allowed to perform
maintenance on the motor.
• Periodic removal of any materials that cling to the motor housing such as mud or grass is necessary to
facilitate the radiation of the heat that is created by use of the motor. At the same time, low pressure air
should be used to remove dust that may accumulate on the motor brushes and commutator.
