Insert the cylinder fixing rod (O) to
the cart bottom panel (N).

Insert the wheel axle (P) as
illustrated.
Install two wheels (Q) to the wheel
axle (P) with 2pcs nuts(CC).
Place two wheel caps (R) to the
wheels (Q).
