Operator Training Check List
MB-80 Integrity Bath
After reviewing the full Operations Manual I can operate the Integrity Bath by the following these
steps and can identify the Integrity controls:

8) Close tub door and rotate cam arm up _____ _____
9) Adjust carrier to desired rail notch _____ _____
10) Remove commode attachment _____ _____
11) Recline back to desired position (if applicable) _____ _____
12) Close drain with drain open/close lever _____ _____
13) Adjust mixing valve to desired temperature _____ _____
14) Fill tub with tub fill valve _____ _____
15) Use liquids dispensing as desired _____ _____
16) Use shower wand with shower wand control

18) After water is drained open the door by rotating cam arm down
