- Push the upper shaft (16) towards the plastic
housing to shorten the pole or pull away from
each other to lengthen the pole.
- Adjust the length of pole as required and lock it
in place with the lock lever (15).
Adjusting the angle of rear handle (A11)
The angle of rear handle is adjustable from -54° -
+54° in a step of approximate 18°.
- Press the angle adjustment button (5) and
adjust the angle into a desired position.
- Release the angle adjustment button (5).
Changing the cutter blades (A12- A17)
Warning! Always switch o the
machine, wait until the blade stops
completely and remove battery before
you change the cutter blades.
Attention! Please wear protective
gloves before changing the blades,
cleaning the blades or removing the
jam.
The cutter blades can be changed quickly and
easily from each other without any additional
tools.
To do this, follow the steps below:
1. Raise the retainer (a) upwards with the
forenger and thumb of your right hand.
2. Hold the machine rmly and pull the bottom
cover (8) backwards to remove the bottom cover
(8) (A12).
3. Keep the bottom cover (8) aside and clean.
4. Take o the old cutter blade. (A13)
To use the machine as hedge trimmer/grass
shear:
- Replace the trimming blade (10) /shearing blade
(9) in place. Make sure the two holes (b) in blade
aligned with the two pins (c) in machine. (A14)
- Put the bottom cover (8) back and make sure
the four retainers (d) of bottom cover (8) t
properly in the holes of machine. (A15)
- Press the bottom cover (8) slightly and push it
forwards. (A16)
To use the machine as a reciprocating saw:
- Replace the saw set (11) properly. Make sure the
two retainers (e) aligned with the holes. (A17)
- Press down the machine slowly and make sure
the gears match properly.
- Continue to press it down until the lock catches
(13) on both sides engage.
To remove the saw set (11), press and hold the
lock catches (13) from both sides and then take
o the saw set (11).
Mounting the saw blade (A18-A19)
wear protective gloves before mounting or
changing the blade.
- Hold the saw set (11) rmly.
- Turn the clamp (a) clockwise as far as possible
and insert the saw blade as deeply as possible.
- Release the clamp (a).
- Check if the lock is secure by pulling the blade.
Working with grass shear (A20-A23)
Change the cutter blade into shearing blade.
And then you can use the machine as a grass
shear. Your grass shear will work at its best if you
observe the following instructions:
- The area to be cut should rst be cleared of
stones and other solid objects.
- Simply push the shear on its guide wheels over
the ground. This ensures a constant even cutting
height.
- The best cutting results are obtained with dry
grass.
- When cutting power drops considerably,
recharge battery immediately to prevent battery
cells from becoming completely empty.
- Do not move the grass shear against the grass
until the switch is pressed, i.e. wait until the shear
is running.
Working with hedge trimmer
Change the cutter blade into trimming blade.
And then you can use the machine as a hedge
trimmer.
- A hedge trimmer can be used to cut shrubs and
bushes as well as hedges.
