Voice Mail Memory Status
You can view the memory status of the VMS as well as individual mailboxes. Checking the memory status of the
voice mail and individual mailboxes helps you to monitor usage of VMS and make optimal allocation of the VMS
resources.
To view Voice Mail Memory Status,
• Open Jeeves.
• Log in as System Engineer.
• Click the Administration link.
• Click Status link.
• Click the Memory Status link.
The status of the VMS Card memory appears on your screen.
Voice Mail Memory Status
• Total Memory of the VMS in MB and Minutes
• Total Memory Consumed by Prompts and Responses in MB and Minutes
• Total Memory Allotted to Mailboxes in MB and Minutes
• Total Memory Consumed by Voice Mail Users in MB Minutes
