d) Loosen the M12 x 1.0P axle nut and washers from both sides.
e) Place your hands firmly as shown in the picture to remove the flywheel and belt.

6) Remove the rear pulley and right crank
a) Loosen the 4 M10 x 20 x 1.5P bolts of the rear pulley and remove it from its axle.
b) Repeat the process explained in step 1 (b, c).
7) Remove the BB spindle and bearings
a) Remove the BB axle using a plastic mallet.
b) Move the center ring to one side using the screwdriver. This facilitates the next step. Rest
the drifts punch on the inside of the bearing and hit it with the hammer until the bearing
comes out of the bottom bracket housing. Repeat this operation on the other side. In total 2
bearings will be removed.
c) Clean the bottom bracket housing using grain water sandpaper before replacing the bearings.
*ATTENTION! PLEASE MAKE SURE NOT TO OVERDO THE SANDING TO ENSURE
THE FIT REMAINS THE SAME AS BEFORE.
