We will set the default max speed based on the default
display units which is determined by Language selected in
FTSU. We will set to a whole number based on the default
units and compute the opposite units so that the numbers
are equal. We will also reset the value if the user changes
the default display units in engineering mode unless the
user previously changed the max speed. In Engineering
mode the user can set the maximum speed based on the
current display units. When set we will compute the max
speed in the other units so that they are equal.
