Overview

The Matrix Versa Series VS-S331 is a strength training machine designed for lat pulldown and seated row exercises, suitable for commercial fitness facilities.

Function Description:

The VS-S331 allows users to perform two primary exercises:

  • Lat Pulldown: This exercise targets the latissimus dorsi muscles in the back. Users sit on the bench, place their thighs under the thigh pad, and pull down the overhead bar. The machine includes visual instructions for proper form, showing a "Stretch" position (arms extended upwards) and a "2" position (bar pulled down to the chest).
  • Seated Row: This exercise focuses on the back muscles, including the rhomboids and trapezius. Users sit on the bench, adjust the thigh pad, and pull the handle towards their torso. Visual instructions guide users through the "Stretch" position (arms extended forward) and the "2" position (handle pulled back).

The machine utilizes a weight stack system to provide resistance, with a selector pin for easy weight adjustment. It is designed for controlled, smooth movements to effectively target the intended muscle groups.
