Operation
• Open the safety guard and add your ingredients to the mixing bowl. Never fill the machine more than
mentioned in the table above. In case of heavy operation the maximum capacity may even be less. Consult
your supplier in case of doubt.
• Close the safety guard and activate the machine using the switch located on the side. The safety guard must
be closed properly for the mixer to function. If the safety guard is opened during use the mixer will switch
off automatically.
• When your product is mixed as desired, deactivate the appliance. Wait for the moving parts to stop and
open the safety guard to remove your product from the bowl (the bowl itself cannot be detached).
• When not in use, switch off the machine.
• Clean the appliance after use (see chapter “Cleaning and Maintenance”).
• If the appliance will not be used for a longer period, please remove the plug from the main socket
Troubleshooting
The follow overview will help you understand possible problems. However, only qualified technician should
attempt to open or repair the machine. Contact your supplier when in doubt.
▪ The appliance is switched off.
▪ The power supply is
interupted.
▪ The voltage is not correct.
▪ Safety guard not closed
properly.
➢ Activate the appliance.
➢ Check the power supply, plug
in power cable.
➢ Use another power source.
➢ Close safety guard.
▪ Insufficient lubrication.
▪ Drive chain is loose.
▪ Bowl or Spiral damaged.
▪ Bowl mounted incorrectly.
