How-to use Mazda Connect Navigation - Set a destination.
1. To set a destination, first press the “Nav” button next to your multimedia commander – which you can also use to select “Navigation” from the home screen.
2. Then, select “new destination”, followed by “find address”.
3. Enter the town, postcode, or street name of your desired destination.
4. Once entered, select “navigate to destination”.
5. Your route is calculated. Select “navigate to destination” once more to confirm.
6a. Press “start” using the multimedia commander to commence.
6b. To customise your route, select “route” from the main map screen.
6c. You’ll then have a list of options to choose from.
6d. You’ll be able to avoid motorways and toll roads, or find an alternative route that’s “fast”, “short”, “economical”, or “easy”.
How-to use Mazda Connect Navigation - Add your home to your favourites.
1. To set your favourite, first press “favourites” next to your multimedia commander.
2. Move the multimedia commander to the right-hand side of the screen to select “add/edit favourites”.
3a. Select “home”, and enter your address.
3b. Then, enter your address, select “navigate to destination”, and click “select as home”.
4. The system will confirm your destination has been set as home.
How-to use Mazda Connect Navigation - Add current or local destinations
to your favourites.
1. You can do this from “add/edit favourites” as before.
2. Either select “add current location” to append your favourites list, or, use the “favourites” button next to the multimedia commander.
