9. Install the flat tire with the tire securing
bolt hooked in the anchor clip as
shown below.
10. Secure the flat tire with the tire clamp
and wing nut as shown below.
11. Check the inflation pressure. Refer to
the specification charts on page 10-6.
12. Have the flat tire repaired or replaced
as soon as possible.
WARNING
Incorrect Tire Air Pressure:
Driving on tires with incorrect air
pressure is dangerous. Tires with
incorrect pressure could affect
handling and result in an accident.
Don't drive with any tires that have
incorrect air pressure. When you
check the regular tires' air pressure,
check the spare tire, too.
NOTE
l
If the tire rattles even throu gh the
wing nut is tightened, reverse the tire
clamp and retighten the wing nut.
l
To prevent the jack and tool from
rattling, store them properly.
