WARNING
Holding a Child:
A
child should never be held on the
lap or in the arms of a passenger in
a moving vehicle. No matter how
strong a person may be, he or she
cannot
hold a child during an acci

dent.
The child may thus be injured
by hitting parts of the vehicle, by
being crushed by an unrestrained
passenger or even being ejected
from the vehicle.
WARNING
Unattended Children:
Leaving children unattended in a
vehicle can be dangerous. In hot
weather, temperatures inside a
parked vehicle can become high
enough to cause brain damage or
even
death. Never leave children or
animals unattended in the vehicle.
