5. Remove the bolts, then remove the trunk lid latch and opener.
6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
TRUNK LID OPENER INSPECTION
1. Apply battery positive voltage and connect the ground to the corresponding the trunk lid opener
terminals, and inspect the trunk lid opener operation.
• If the trunk lid opener does not operate as indicated in the table, replace the trunk lid latch and
opener.
