8.2 CLEANING AT COMMISSIONING
When the appliance leaves the factory, the expo-
sed parts are treated with special protective ma-
terial.
At the rst startup, the appliance must be tho-
roughly cleaned to remove any foreign material
from inside and outside the cooking com
-
partment.

Do not use abrasive tools and corrosive deter-
gents (see 9.1 See general warnings)
Whennishedwiththecleaningdescribedfortheoutsideof
the appliance, clean the cooking compartment.
The appliance must be cleaned with the cooking
compartment empty
Open the door and remove the trays (if present) from the tray
holder (Fig. 1).
Remove the tray holder, removing it from the pins (Fig 2/B-
C-D).
