Stopping the tractor Xtrashift
Alwaysstopthetractorsafely:Engagetheparking
brake(3),engagethePark-Lock(1)(ifequipped),disen-equipped),disen-),disen-
gagethePTO,bringallthegearshiftleverstoneutral
position,loweranyimplementtotheground,stopthe
engineandremovetheignitionkeyBEFOREleavingthe
driver’sseat.
Park-Lock (on request)
The Xtrashift transmission is mechanically blocked by
the lever engaging the Park-Lock device (1). Therefore
thePark-Lockshouldbeengagedeverytimeyouwant
tostopthetractorwiththeenginestopped,particularly
whenthetractorisonaslope.
Toshiftthelever(1),pulltheblock(2)upward.
ThePark-Lockmustbedisengagedbeforeusingthere-
verseshuttle.Shouldthereverseshuttlebeengagedin
forwardorreversegearwiththePark-Lockstillengaged,
thebuzzerisactivateduntilthePark-Lockisdisengaged.
DisengagethePark-Lockandshifttheshuttleswitchto
neutral.
Nowtheshuttlecanbeshiftedtoforwardorreversegear
andthetractorstarted.
ATTENTION:ToavoiddamagetotheParkLocksystem,
proceedasfollows.Brakefirst,thenengagethePark
Lock.AlwaysdisengagetheParkLockfirst,thenthe
parkingbrake.
ATTENTION:When the Park-Lock is engaged, the en-
gine starts but the tractor does not and the buzzer
is activated. The Park-Lock must be disengaged for
the tractor to start.
