Summary

Performance Preparation

Battery Mode

The instrument requires six 1.5V AA batteries. Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom and insert the batteries one after the other with the correct polarity.

Operation via Power Supply

Use only the supplied AC adapter. Connect the output cable of the adapter to the power connector on the back of the instrument and the other end to the power outlet.

Audio Connectivity

Audio Output and Headphone Jack

Connect one end of an audio cable to the PHONES / OUTPUT connector on the keyboard and the other end to the audio input of the audio device.

Audio Input and Microphone Connection

Connect external audio sources via the AUDIO INPUT or microphone via the MIC jack.

Basic Operation

Light Key Function

This keyboard is equipped with a light key function. Press [KEY LIGHTING] to enable or disable the light function.

Volume Adjustment

Adjust Master Volume and Accompaniment Volume using the respective +/- buttons.

Select Voice/Timbre

Activate voice selection with the [TIMBRE] button and choose sounds using number or +/- buttons.

Percussion Mode

Press [ Keyboard Percussion] to use keys as percussion instruments.

Accompaniment Features

Rhythm Accompaniment

Select, play, and control rhythm patterns using buttons like [Rhythm], [START/STOP], and [FILL-IN].

Chord Mode Accompaniment

Utilize 'Single Chord' or 'Fingered Chord' modes for chord-based accompaniment.

Advanced Functions

Memory Function

Save and recall instrument settings using the direct memory buttons [Memory 1] to [Memory 4].

Effects

Apply Transpose, Sustain, Vibrato, and Split functions to modify sound and playability.

Recording Function

Record and play back musical performances using the [REC] and [PLAY] buttons.

Programming and Learning

Rhythm Programming

Create custom rhythms by programming percussion sounds using the [PROG] button.
