HEALTHY OMELETTE
INGREDIENTS
2 egg whites
1 whole egg
cooked green beans or asparagus
¼ cup Parmesan or pecorino cheese
salt & pepper
leuce & tomato to garnish
DIRECTIONS
Beat 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg together. Add cooked green beans or
asparagus to Omelee Bowl. Pour egg mixture over ingredients. Fill the
Measuring Cup to the Omelee/Poached line. Pour water onto Heating Plate.
Place Omelee Bowl on top of the Boiling Tray (not on the Heating Plate).
Sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
