Make sure the power plug is correctly inserted into the mains socket, check the voltage of your electrical supply, and if you have a dual voltage model, ensure the switch is set to the correct voltage. * The room thermostat might be set incorrectly. Set the room thermostat to a temperature higher than the current environment temperature. * There might be no fuel. Refill the fuel tank and reset the heater.
