Sound is distorted or intermittent.
Trapped moisture may be distorting the
sound. Use a hearing aid dehumidier
overnight.
Lower the volume.
Turn the hearing aid o. Charge until
fully charged and turn the hearing aid
back on.
Remove tubing from the hearing aid body
and turn the volume up to maximum. If it
whistles, the hearing aid is working and
wax or debris may be blocking the sound.
Clean the tubing/tip and replace if they
are worn. Clean your ear canal as well.
For optimal performance, tubing and tips should be replaced every 3 months.
