The "Origami" Paper Frame Face Shield is a disposable, easily adjustable, and creatively designed droplet dispersion face protector developed by doctors at a university hospital. Its primary function is to block sneeze and cough droplets, thereby reducing the risk of droplet dispersion.

Function Description:

The face shield is designed to provide protection for the eyes and face from fine dust and droplet dispersion. It transforms into a face shield when folded like origami, making it compact for storage and easy to assemble. The shield features an anti-fog coating on its exterior surface, ensuring clear visibility during use. It also includes a "Splash protection flap" for enhanced coverage. The design prioritizes user comfort, aiming to be comfortable for long hours of wear.

Usage Features:

  • Easy Assembly: The shield is designed for easy assembly by folding along dotted lines. A QR code is provided for an assembly video, offering step-by-step instructions. The assembly process involves:
    1. Placing the shield gray side up, folding over each side to create a crease, and unfolding.
    2. Folding the top half of the headband toward the user along a designated line and pressing firmly.
    3. Raising both ends of the headband: releasing the headband, holding down a specific area as if to fold, lifting the center of the headband with the other hand, and folding the side along a line so the end stands upright. This step is repeated for the other side.
    4. Assembling the inner headband (for forehead support) by pushing the inner headband straps forward.
    5. Folding the left and right flaps outward and the bottom flap inward.
    6. Adjusting the size before wearing it using adjustable straps.

    • If the shield becomes smudged or unclean, it may cause poor visibility and interfere with safety; in such cases, a new one should be used.
    • Due to its materials, the product can tear if a sharp object or excessive force is used. If torn, it should be discontinued and replaced with a new one.
    • Avoid touching the plastic shield directly during folding to prevent smudges that could impair visibility. Hold the cardboard parts instead.
  • Storage Precautions:
    • Do not use or store near heat, fire, water, high temperature, or high humidity, or in direct sunlight, as these conditions can cause deterioration or damage.
  • Quality Control: While measures are taken for quality control, users are advised to contact the place of purchase or distributor if any inconvenience is experienced. Small scratches or paper dust from manufacturing may be present on the shield surface, but the product can still be used.
