Fit and glue the four body panels together, ensuring correct placement and applying glue in the groove.
Use tensioning straps to ensure panels are flush, remove excess glue, and allow 120 minutes for drying.
Assemble snare wires using pre-integrated holes and 3x12 mm screws, with wires facing outwards.
Insert and glue the rear panel into recesses, apply pressure with straps, remove excess glue, and release pressure after 60 minutes.
Sand joining surfaces flat, then fix the front panel using 15 screws, ensuring even overhang.
Sand overhangs and the entire body, then round all edges for comfort and a better playing experience.
Fix rubber feet approx. 25mm from edges, then finish the Cajon by oiling, varnishing, or waxing to taste.
