9 Dispensing hot water
Prerequisite: The appliance must be ready for operation.
Hold a vessel under the steam pipe.•
Warning!
There is a risk of burn injuries and scalding due hot water splash-
ing and the hot steam pipe.
When dispensing hot water directly after dispensing steam, the remaining
steam will initially escape from the steam pipe and can cause the hot water
to splash.
Avoid direct skin contact with hot water and the hot steam pipe. –
Turn the valve switch (Fig. • A, no. 11) clockwise to open the valve.
The valve symbol →
will flash. Hot water will flow out of the steam pipe and
into the vessel.
As soon as the desired quantity of water is reached, turn the valve switch •
anticlockwise to close the valve.
