Integrated Cleaning programme
The Integrated Cleaning programme removes residues, including coffee oil residues,
that cannot be eliminated by hand. It takes a total of approximately 15 minutes.
Prerequisite: The appliance must be switched off.
Caution!
Run the integrated cleaning programme every 2 months or after approx- –
imately 200 brewed cups of coffee, at the latest however run the pro-
gramme when the symbol for cleaning
is illuminated in the display.
Only use Melitta –
®
cleaning tabs for automatic coffeemakers. These tabs
are precisely matched to the Melitta
®
SOLO
®
&milk. Use of other clean-Use of other clean-
ing agents can damage the appliance.
Run the Integrated Cleaning programme as follows:
Phase 1
During Phase 1, no bean symbols are shown on the display.
1 Pull the water reservoir up and out of the appliance. Fill the water reser-
voir to the Max. mark with fresh tap water and re-insert it.
2 Simultaneously press the button for coffee dispensing and the
On/Off button
for longer than 2 seconds.
The cleaning symbol → will flash throughout the operation.
The symbol for the drip tray will be illuminated.
3 Empty the drip tray and the coffee grounds container.
4 Re-insert the drip tray without the coffee grounds container and place the
coffee grounds container under the outlet.
Phase 1 is completed. →
