Technical Specifications and Components:

The model numbers for the Rocky Base E are BP-E-BKT/TXL and BP-E-WHT/TXL. The bed frame includes slots for a separate headboard attachment, though the headboard itself is not included.

The components required for assembly are:

A: 2 pieces (side rails)
B: 2 pieces (slat frames)
C: 1 piece (center support beam)
D: 1 piece (end rail)
E: 1 piece (end rail)
F: 10 pieces (screws/fasteners)
G: 2 pieces (support legs)

Assembly Instructions:

The assembly process is divided into seven steps and is recommended for a team.

Step 1:

Begin by unfolding the main frame components (A). The diagram shows two long pieces (A) being unfolded to form a rectangular shape. A smaller diagram indicates that two sets of these components are required for the full frame. Caution: Avoid hand injuries during this step.

Step 2:

Attach the end rail (D) to one of the side rails (A). Ensure that the side rails (A) are assembled with the fuzzy slat fasteners facing up. Use fasteners (F) to secure the connection. The diagram shows a person using a tool to tighten a fastener. A smaller diagram illustrates the partially assembled frame, indicating that two such sections will be formed.

Step 3:

Attach the other end rail (E) to the opposite side rail (A). Similar to Step 2, ensure the fuzzy slat fasteners on the side rails (A) are facing up. Use fasteners (F) to secure this connection. The diagram shows the same fastening process as in Step 2, but for the other end of the frame. A smaller diagram again shows the partially assembled frame, confirming that two sections are being built.

Step 4:

Connect the two assembled frame sections using the center support beam (C). The diagram shows the center support beam (C) being placed between the two main frame sections. Fasteners (F) are used to secure the connection, and the diagram highlights the connection point where the center support beam meets the side rails (A). A smaller diagram shows the overall frame structure taking shape, indicating that two such connections will be made.

Step 5:

Place the first slat frame (B) onto the assembled bed frame. The diagram shows one of the slat frames (B) being laid across the top of the bed frame. This step involves positioning the slat frame correctly within the frame structure.

Step 6:

Place the second slat frame (B) onto the assembled bed frame, adjacent to the first one. The diagram illustrates the second slat frame (B) being laid down, completing the slat base of the bed.

Step 7:

The final diagram shows the fully assembled Rocky Base E bed frame, with both slat frames (B) in place, ready for a mattress.
